it would depend upon the alternative to the options.  what would happen if one chose the negative to either?  eternal nothingness? potential for religious afterlifes? etc.

hmm, how about after you die, you just cease to exist. no afterlife, no reincarnation, just unconsciously rotting in the cold dirt for eternity and never exist again. that would be the hypothetical alternative.

personally i would choose to relive.  even a life of (hypothetical) pain and suffering is better than eternal nothingness, imo.

interesting. the thought of having to live over and over again and unaware of doing so is completely terrifying to me. not only is it completely tiresome, but it means you have no control over anything. you're just a snare on a song on a CD that is set on "repeat all."

being a stitch in the fabric of the universe comforts me more than anything i've ever experienced so i guess we're on opposing fronts there.

what if that fabric decides you should be gang raped in prison daily? wouldn't you wish for some real control then?

either way your completely unaware of either, so I don't think  it really matters. From your own perception you are simple living life, and should be appreciative of the opportunity to do so.
