Summer 2010 Chicago Botanic Meetup Megathread

Summer has arrived!  That means outdoor dance sessions galore.  Instead of creating a new thread for every planned Botanic meetup, we can just keep things tidy and keep them in here as a single point of reference to check back to.

First meetup of the summer will be this Saturday, May 15th.  Sorry for the late post. :-/ 

Location: Chicago Botanic Gardens. 1000 Lake Cook Road. Glencoe, Illinois
Date: Sat, May 15th
Time: Between Noon-1pm
Sunset: 8pm
Weather:

So walking around Botanic and my flash broke so most of the images came out a tad bit too blurry. Was shooting ultra manual. But new flash has arrived.

Could we, by training and practice, emancipate ourselves from Middle World, tear off our blindfold, and achieve some sort of intuitive, as well as just physical - understanding of the very small, the very large, and the very slow or fast? I genuinely don't know, but I am thrilled to be alive at a time when humanity is pushing the limits of understanding. Even better, we may eventually discover that there are no limits.
