Why games today piss me off.

Does anybody besides me notice that games today are a bit lacking??? What I'm really trying to say is that all that anyone in the game industry cares about today is money. Everything is sequels or the same concept repeated over and over:P This reason is probably why I'm less of a gamer today then I was 5 years ago:P

this is why i havent owned any gaming system since the dreamcast.  99% of releases since the dreamcast era have been rehashes of the same games with more pixels.

When I was 5 years old my mother bought Dendy... than Sega>>>a couple of years later - Sony Playstation >>> 3 years later PC>>>

I played on Saturn and Nintendo 64...

But honestly...I can name some BEST GAMES I PLAYED AND REALLY ENJOY... RESIDENT EVIL AND METAL GEAR SOLID, TWISTED METAL...

I'm a fan of those games...

That's true... it's all about money and the same concept...

Call of Duty World at War on xbox is rocking my socks off. The missions are so fricking fun and graphics are spot on.

metal gear solid 4 is a w00t.   story mode or online mode ( which has some lag bugs here and there but the game gets more and more bug free with each update) Its a 3rd person that allows u take the 1st person approach. but it has something no other shooter has. Close quarters hand to hand combat. 
 Only other games i really like these days are madden football and battlefield 2 for the pc.
 
 not to many other games really tickle my fancy. call of duty was fun but wayyy to easy. 30 kill streak.. come on! to easy. world at war (online mode) is fun but it got old quick cause almost every game i played i got top score. 

  Dead space looks intriguing but i haven't seen any game play footage.

The last game I played that I really got into was Resident Evil 1 and 2. That's like late 90's early 2000's. But Megaman 2 remains the number one game I've ever played. Just recently I played a demo of megaman 9 on my brother's ps3 and I loved it. It's basically a rehash of megaman 2 with the same graphics and controls but I still loved it. I see a big market for games like that.

Guys, who liked to play MK series back in the days or maybe Street Fighter?

"Fightings" were pretty cool in the late 90th, I think...


Like Kabal - 9 Hits Combo - 75 %  ;D

I even remember the combination for Brutality on Sega ("Sektor") - xz xzz xz xz ca


And Tekken... hell, good times to remember :)
