when i try to upload an avatar, the upload box is inside the browse box.  Not sure if this is an entire site thing or if i\'m the only one having the problem, but it might be something to look at.

something in the css is fux0red.  still looking into it.  it\'s possible touupload it just tricky.  try a differet browser for now.  ie7 or firefox
