super happy with this album.  I really like this kids take on dubstep.  Coming out of the stateside movement this is the first east coast producer to really catch my ear.

this is actually the first dubstep dj/producer that i actively went out to see (drove to philadelphia, needless to say there wasnt much dubstep in chi in 2007).  he ended up giving me some records afterwards too while we were chatting.  he'll be in chicago on the 30th (3 days after my b-day) so that'll be good times to get to see him again. :)

today is a good day.  why u say?  cuz memekast is back from what I thought might be the grave!  that's right...  lets get right down to the dirty
to welcome back the sessions and bring in the new year they got mochipet delivering 40 mins of all new and unreleased material.

mochipet mix - first half should have been aborted with a bloody hanger, yea =x, my finger was glued to the ffw, was about to not even finish it, but then the 2nd half came on around 18-19 mins and he completely turns it around and rocks faces clean off. where is my mp3 cutter application...

i listened to the first track already and its similar enough to his first album, which i'm not complaining, machine drum makes some tight ass no-nonsense glitch hop, the purest u can get IMO

gettin back into an Aesop Rock kick. snagged his discog a while back but havent gone thru the whole thing--doing that now.  got an album full of unreleased tracks (paradox?) and it's siiiiiiiiiiiick.
