just slow down for a little bit, find the opposite to your motions.  Then come back to them once you have a slower flow mastered.  It will give your dance mucho perspective.  I get told allllllll the time to slow down, after so many years of dancing I say FUCK IT!  It's who i am as a dancer but I've been learning how to use it to my advantage n not let it be a crutch. 

i think what I'm saying is take all the notes people give you into consideration.  I like to go over post that people have suggest on nights when I'm going to record.  Get the information fresh in my head and really try to understand what they're telling me.  I don't live and die by it as a dancer because ultimately I want to be me when I dance.  I can't possibly be me if i'm trying to be who "kai" thinks I should be when doing liquid or who "tommy", or "distortion" thinks I should be while doing liquid.  I hold all there opinions in the highest of regards, take what they say into consideration but I think expression largely has to do with tapping into an inner voice. 

So slow down, just to speed up again later...add more dimensions and layers to your dance but ultimately do what feels good, feels right, and comes naturally.  Then again, this is me giving advice about how to take advice...I suck.

i wouldn't say ya suck but your in a good position to learn some great foundation.
